Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal within 30 days of delivery and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your eyewear in its original protective case and packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our optical lab receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
